Nighthawk Inspections was founded in 2013 with a straightforward belief: buyers, sellers, and homeowners deserve a clear, honest picture of the property they’re dealing with, delivered without alarm and without shortcuts.
In June 2023, Jeremy and Heather Hearn took ownership of the company, bringing a family-owned approach that’s personal, accountable, and rooted in real construction experience. Jeremy spent 25 years in the trades before becoming an inspector, which means when he explains what he’s seeing in a home, it comes from hands-on knowledge, not just a checklist.
Over the past decade, the Nighthawk team has completed thousands of inspections across Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yuba, Sutter, and surrounding counties. That track record has built something that matters more than volume: trust.
