Certified & Trusted
California does not require home inspectors to be certified, however, when you work with Nighthawk Inspections, you are always working with a NACHI certified inspector, adhering to the NACHI Standards of Practice. We comply with the California Business and Professions Code 7197 which prohibits a home inspector from performing repairs on a structure for 12 months after inspection. A home inspection service is not a preface for a repair bid or contract, and we consider performing repair work a conflict of interest.
